Miss Steward's class created a rollercoaster using stem manipulatives! They worked as a group problem solving to make the structure stable. It even has a food court on the top!

Mrs. Nolte's class has had an exciting week! They adopted a calf through the St. Louis Dairy Council. They were connected to their chosen farm and will get updates and pictures once a month for the duration of the school year. What an awesome opportunity for the class to see Llama Ama.

On August 17th the High School kicked off their first "Adulting Day" with an activity called Mad City put on by 1st MidAmerica Credit Union. During this activity students were paired and then assigned random monthly incomes before traveling to different booths like housing, child care, etc. The object was to visit all 9 booths and stay within their monthly income budget without going in the negative.
The kindergarten class is doing great! We are looking forward to watching this group learn and grow over the year!

Lewis & Clark Community College is offering a FREE Construction Training for Adults. Anyone over the age of 18 is invited to participate in this 12 week class. This training starts on September 12th. See attached picture for more information.
